Reinventing Renovations
We did our first major renovation in 2008 to a property in Wynberg Cape Town. We were initially asked by the rental agent to a small handyman job. When we inspected the property, many more issues were added to the list.
Eventually it turned out into a major renovation where the kitchen, two bathrooms and an addition of a dressing room in the main bedroom was made. All the plumbing in the house was replaced and all the flooring re-done.
We gained valuable experience during this and every renovation after as we proceeded to do many more since 2008.
